I like the product, it light weigh and easily programmable if you consult the guide. The sound quality for the recording isn’t great and if you have a food motivated pet (mine isn’t) they can stick their paw up the dispenser and pull more down. I love it but my cat thinks it’s haunted and refuses to eat from it. He doesn’t understand why it moves on it’s own and talks. We’re waiting each other out.

Had it for a year almost and it’s good but the cats stick their paws inside and it becomes free buffet

The product works very well the first 2 days. Then the third day it stops giving food even it’s shown the total meals served correctly. Then I had to turn off and reset everything. It works again. Let’s see the next coming days. If it happens again, I’ll ask for the refund

Do not purchase, it has a terrible design flaw, the cat can just tap the opening with it's paw and it keeps despemsing throughout the day
