I have trouble with lower back pain, especially when driving. This specific pillow could not be any better. It’s very comfortable to the touch and supports my back better than any other back support pillow I've tried. It also fits perfectly in my car (others are too bulky). I especially like the memory foam - it is very flexible and gives just enough so that you don't feel that there is a rock behind you back. Would have liked a double strap for the back of the pillow as it does fall down some while in use. They are a good size, have a strap to keep in place on chairs, but can be flipped the other way to protect things like leather furniture from the strap & clasp (not uncomfortable at all to have it against my back.)
