This arm machine is very easy to use and there are no workout charts Choose the level that suits you Just keep pushing your limits! **Q: Could you use this for inner thighs?** A: I can't say for sure, but my opinion is that it would be very difficult to use for inner thighs. The arms of the gadget put up a lot of resistance, and you are supposed to grip them with your hands. If you aren't actually gripping them, and they are just placed between your thighs, I have a feeling that it would be unsafe -- that there would be a chance that they could slip out of position and hurt you. But that's just my opinion. I've never actually tried it that way. **Q: Is this the equivalent of doing pushups?** A: This is better than push-ups Different ways of using it can exercise different muscle areas You can flexibly adjust the exercise strength ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great exercise device *by A***R on September 29, 2026* Works great ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Compact carry around gym, Worth the price paid *by S***J on March 30, 2026* Just received my order today and giving the first opinion.
