YELLOW CURRY PASTE

I meal prep chicken breast in the Instant Pot weekly and use it with different flavors throughout the week. This paste is great! She the chicken in the pan with veg and add this paste cut with coconut milk and dinner's a winner.

A little salty so I wouldn’t add any additional salt. It’s also pretty spicy. We love spice in our house, so no complaints here, but if you’re someone who can’t handle a lot of heat, I’d just stick to the Thai kitchen green curry paste

Great curry paste! Easy to use, great tasting, easy to make the level of desired heat. Keeps long time.

I use this with coconut cream as the final ingredient for a vegan stir fry. So glad the shrimp paste is not in this product.

I bought this because it's vegetarian. I think it tastes good, but it's not as good as my neighborhood Thai (which happens to be a great Thai restaurant in NYC). I think it can be modified to taste better. I haven't figured out what the restaurant adds to make it taste great. But I think most people will be happy.

So easy to make a delicious curry with this paste. Way better than the average store bought paste.

Big fan of massaman curry. One of the few dishes I never try to make at home as it’s too daunting. Other massaman pastes I saw I the past had too high sodium for me. This one I can with with.First time I just followed the package sample recipe directions, fish sauce, tamarind, etc. and it was a smash hit. The whole family loved it and we’ve made it multiple times since.To the folks who make this: thank you for making this dish accessible for my family.

The PERFECT massaman curry base. It's a HUGE jar so you can get 2 bit pots out of this easily. I resealed mine and popped it in the fridge to keep longer. The other ( I bought 2) is hanging out in my pantry. Very, Very easy to use for those new to Massaman!
