The Fuji 15-45 is a rather nice lens despite its toy-like all-plastic fee, but not only does Fuji not supply any kind of hood they don't even make one that fits. The problem is that generic hoods invariably fail with this lens as they vignette heavily at the wide end of the zoom, so a dedicated hood is a must.Fortunately JJC makes just that hood - and it works perfectly, as well as being rather better built than the lens itself. Don't waste your time trying to find a cheaper generic hood that works - it will either vignette or be ridiculously oversized, neither of which apply to this hood. Well worth the money.Added May 2021: The above relates to the small original hood, I just tried the "second generation" version and it's awful. Not only is it big it's also not very practical either - there's nothing to stop it rotating out of position and ruining your image. It was also a very tight fit to the lens and I was concerned it might damage the plastic lens thread so I returned it.There's no way I can do a separate review (why???) but if I could it would have got a one star rating. Awful.

Just sufficient to cut out flare without vignetting.

Great product, as this is the only Lens Hood that works with this Lens!
