Lift the pressure plate with fingers. 3. Put the ready sewn fabric into the bottom of the pressing plate, and gently put back the pressing plate to press the fabric (the thickness is not more than 0.8mm). 4. Hold the fabric in the left hand and press it down quickly and gently with the thumb of the right hand. The cloth feeder will automatically send the cloth out to the left. Hold the cloth with the rhythm of the sewing machine and gently move the sewing material until the end of sewing. The force should be uniform and the speed should not be too fast.

Review: Pretty great once you get the hang of it - I love making costumes, I seem to have a mild sewing machine phobia (I've tried several machines but I always get anxious about it), so I bought this hoping it could help with the simple stuff at least (and last minute costume issues that inevitably happen) I figured out how to thread this little hand machine by watching a few YouTube videos. Once I removed the bottom cover to see how it's supposed to work, I realized I had been going too fast (not a full depress, not a full release) and had been pulling too much when feeding the fabric. A little more patience Really paid off! I suspect the needle that comes with it isn't the best quality & may even be a bit dull, but I'm jazzed it's replaceable and it's a standard sewing machine needle size, so it'll be easy to find/buy replacements. I'm hoping a sharper needle will also increase its ease of use 🤞 But even if it doesn't, it works much better than I expected for something so cheap & so small (aka portable).
Review: Sell broken products - Broken. Doesn’t work. Buy from someone else. The pieces just fell apart. Not worth the money. Should’ve checked this sooner to get my money back. Instructions aren’t clear had to use YouTube and chat gpt just to figure out it was a faulty product.

I love making costumes, I seem to have a mild sewing machine phobia (I've tried several machines but I always get anxious about it), so I bought this hoping it could help with the simple stuff at least (and last minute costume issues that inevitably happen) I figured out how to thread this little hand machine by watching a few YouTube videos.
