As soon as I could get my hands on a copy of this book, it went straight into my top 3 reference resources for building and running PMOs.It's an absolute gift to practitioners everywhere, bringing together years of hard won, real-world experience across a range of organisations in multiple industry sectors into one place.Why reinvent the wheel every time, when you can have this? Well worth the cover price.

Upon 1st receiving this book, I was a little taken aback by the volume. But reading through, I can understand why. An extremely comprehensive book covering all aspects of the PMO environment. Definitely a book worth keeping on the desk as a reference point and refresher.

Just what I needed for work. Clearly written and very thorough.Would have been a 5 star review but the book arrived creased and with greasy hand prints all over the cover. I can't be bothered to exhange it but wanted to give feedback on the seller.

Comprehensive resource. Well laid out and east to digest. Will be a very useful and, I suspect, well used reference book.
