Q: How much of a guarantee does it have. I just had a slip n slide rip.

My order arrived with a "split seam", which I did not know/notice until I assembled the unit and turned on the water, only to see it gushing out of the bottom. The Seller's Return/Refund instructions were complicated and cumbersome. I contacted Amazon directly and they processed my Return and Refund immediately.

Q: Is this easy to put up and durable?

It is really easy to put up. The arch does not stay attached and falls over and off. Still worth the money without the arch.
