Old capacitor is rust - unable to read the label. Will this work on Ducane model AC12B36?

Mine is a 3.5 ton Carrier, not sure if that helps or not. The 370v has more applications than the 440v.

on picture, diameter is 1.97 inch, while on description, diameter is 2.56 inch. Which is right ?
