Okay my first initial thought was this stuff taste STRONG! BUT once you get over that thought, i really do like the taste. I only use on little scoop for now and it seems to give me a little pep in my step. I take this in the morning. I have started to work out again so I can see a difference in my workouts. The container says you can take 2 scoops with you are working out a good bit. Once my body gets use to this stuff, I place on upping my dosage and to see the real effects.
