Delicious, & great for my Chef Husband's recipes!
We have an inn in southern West Virginia, and my husband is a chef; he creates many authentic Asian dishes for our guests- Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese... and we must have chili oils in our pantry! I ordered this as it's impossible to buy locally, and it's delish! (I ordered a number of different chili oils and condiments at the same time, and was pleased with all of them- will definitely be reordering!)

Love the spiciness
The Sun Luck chili oil is very thin but that’s what I like about it. I use it in soups and all asian dishes that I eat. I find it to be perfect spiciness. I use to buy it at Walmart but they quit carrying it.

Just the right amount of heat
I absolutely love this chili oil, heat wise for me is spot on just perfect. I mostly use it for drizzling on pizza. All u need is a small amount or it could get a little overpowering & cover up the taste of the pizza

I Like This Bigger Bottle
Until lately I have been buying the small bottles of hot chili oil that I tend to go through pretty fast. My main uses for it are sprinkled in stir fries and in gyoza (pot sticker) sauce. I was very pleased to see this larger bottle of Amazon. It's just as good as the oil in those little bottles that are so hard to open and I am very pleased to have found it.

Cap was broken
When I received item, cap was broken so after removing safety seal, have to be careful to keep upright to prevent spills.
