Love this thing, built very well so I’m confident it will outlast any towel warmer out there, heats up fast too. Clients have hot towels in about 30min at the default temperature with 12 loaded

It wasn’t that great to begin with— it didn’t keep the stones at a consistent temperature— but it was better than nothing. Until today, just eight months after purchase, when during my first client it quit working. Halfway through the massage, I smelled burning plastic and then the thing stopped heating. The stones were too cold to use by the end of the session, and now it won’t get above room temperature, even though it’s on. What a sad waste of money.

I bought it and used it for 3 months before it broke. The quality was not up to standard. I contacted the seller and he said it had been 5 months since I bought it. I bought it on December 15th last year and it was only April 6th today. I don’t know how they calculated 5 months. What’s outrageous is that the quality issue didn’t cause any injuries to my workers. I didn’t say anything. He said it can’t be returned? If it can’t be returned, can it be repaired for me? Then there was no other response. First, there was the issue of product quality. Second, the product was broken and no solution was given. Third, there was a safety issue. Fourth, the seller exaggerated the usage time. So I suggest that you don’t buy it to prevent similar problems as mine from being solved.

This is a great product with a digital temperature display. I now own two and have given a gift of another one.

After just over a year (literally 2 days after I purchased it, so just under a year of actual use) this device broke and now no longer heats or works. The LED on the front is also busted and not displaying anything. While we do use this every day we are open for 10 hours (6 days a week for 52 weeks), this should be expected of a hot stone heating device for any serious massage business. Given this didn't last a year, I could not recommend anyone to purchase this device as it's just not up to the task.

Beim Auspacken der Ware bemerkte ich bereits den typischen Schimmelgeruch. Eigentlich kann das gar nicht sein bei einem Gerät aus Edelstahl und Emaille dachte ich mir. Als ich weiter auspackte stellte ich jedoch fest dass die seitlichen Griffe und der Griff vom Deckel über und über mit Schimmel bedeckt waren und der Schimmel sich bereits auch schon über die Emaillteile verteilte. Ich find das ist das allerletzte solch eine Ware zu verkaufen. Sie war originalverpackt im Karton und dieser war mit einer Schrumpffolie versehen. Das Herstellungsdatum war 2013 steht auf dem Karton. Das Herstellungsland China... Also ich rat dringend vom Kauf dieses Erwärmers ab!

L'article correspond à mes attentes par contre je suis très déçu de l'emballage. Je pense que l'article est resté très longtemps dans une zone humide. En ouvrant la boîte, il y avait une forte odeur de pourriture. La cuillère en bois était recouverte de pourriture. J'ai du laver trois fois l'appareil afin d'êtres débarrassé de cette odeur.

El producto tarda mucho en calentar, casi una hora la conecte para calentar las piedras, y calar lo ya que me acaba de llegar, una hora y no quedaron calientes . No vale la pena . Es de 1200w para este tamaño mínimo tendría que tener 1500w la descripción de la olla no lo dice.
