Glad we bought one. I was suprised how simple it is for kids to use. No multiple buttons just one touchscreen, automatic temperature control and speed, could not be easier. There is a drawing mat for beginners and a huge amount of different colours of filaments which is great for creative drawing. My kid loves it!

For the cost of it, it has already kept my daughter happy and busy for hours on end.one detraction is that it is not easy to get up and running, when powered up correctly it does not get to temperature and allow the pen to be loaded, more often than not you are sitting there for 5mins pressing the button for it to heat up to temp for the green light to flash for about one tenth of a second and go back to asking you what material you would like to load.But once you get past this point and get the material loaded it has so far (2months and counting) worked flawlessly

This item does not contain a charger so we coulf not use it. Returned item and were sent another with no charger.

My daughter loved this for all of 30 minutes. Then the button that you press to retract the filament, just stopped working, and the filament is stuck inside. Very poor quality

Ordered 2 only 1 works, comes with barely any filament. The pen feels very cheap definitely won't be buying again.

Seems easy enough to use. Needs a 2A USB power supply.Speed control is a little tricky
