This is a great product. It doesn’t cake and harden, is not thick, and still moisturizes. I have sjogren’s and this product, although pricey, is wonderful!

Good stuff.
This stuff is the only thing that helps keep my nose from getting bloody all the time. I live in the desert and had problems with a bloody nose all the time until I found NeilMed Gel Spray.

Product does not further irritate dry/sensitive nasal passes!
First use, no stinging/ burning or itchy sensation, when you spray it in your nose. And my nasal passages were fairly dehydrated. So far I'm satisfied with this product. I will see how it performs in the long run. Also, I'm glad that it's unscented. Good price and value for two 2oz bottles.
