I bought a swim kick board made of about 1 inch thick pool noodle material and cut that into a ring to go around my neck. Then placed this firm foam ring around my neck below this device and was about to get a LOT more traction tension on my neck. I also would have preferred if the bladders under the chin were thicker, or more uniform front and back.
