Great price for a 5 pack with a bonus 6th cartridge. Does a fair job of cleaning the shaver heads and leaves a fresh scent when complete. I always open the head to give an initial rinse under the tap prior to using the cleaning pod. Process is quick and automated. Great quality.

Very good shaver cleaning fluid, after the shave I use this each time with cleans and lubricates the shaver heads, it will evaporate over time, so needs changing around 3 to 4 months, can last a little longer, but I’ve had the shaver at least 4 years or more, and still good, although I have changed the blades once in that time, that was during last year, I can recommend this fluid, the top unscrews and the fluid pot fits inside another bath tub, then the shaver after the shave Asks you to clean it? So while it’s running, pop it into the bath tub, and takes a minute to clean the shaver, I tend to swill the blades off before running the clean process in the tub so keeps the whiskers out of the fluid, but you will still get some in there? Proves it works for sure? So great quality, great effective cleaning, I can recommend!

This item is a convenient alternative to purchasing a gallon of cleaner costing a fraction of the price. The solution contained does clean philishave heads well although takes longer than I would expect to evaporate and dry.

Only the space at the head hinge is left uncleaned by the shaver cleaner and these hygienic liquid pods collect at the bottom through their ballast design all the hair residue etc. The shaver cleaner and the need to buy regular fresh pods isn't required if you can be bothered to clean the shaver manually but they are a nice to have which work really well.
