Well, I typically wear it for 3 days and I shower with it. Does well. However, if I have sandals on and get in the water (like when I kayak), it will rub off where the straps are. I think swimming would be ok, as long as you don't have something on your feet. I LOVE this stuff. It has become my summer staple. Not knowing your age; I would stay away from the arms and décolletage because it doesn't do well with wrinkles.

What color would a olive skin person use for this body perfector

Use the darkest medium for your skin tone

it's really not a color..looks like a beige skin tone, but it worked very well. I would buy it again
