First off, there is no "fishy" taste which I worried about based on general reviews of Krill oil. Another site listed a lemony coating on the gels to cover the distaste - and wanted to charge substantially more per piece/concentration. DACHA Krill does not have a fishy taste nor does it leave me with an aftertaste of fish. The gels are relatively small and smooth with the typical soft gel slickness making them easy to swallow. My physician recommended using Krill oil supplements for health reasons; for me, that is a chronic pain condition/inflammation. I have noticed some alleviation in my inflammation, yet with the summer heat, there is additional swelling if I am outside for an extended period of time. My blood lipid values have been great, but it will be interesting to see what my next draw in 6 months shows. Overall, happy with the product and will continue to use as I wait to see if there is any chemical composition change in my next lab results.

I started taking Krill initially as an alternative to fish oil since Krill is considered a better supplement. I am now also taking it to lower cholesterol and as a blood thinner per my doctors recommendation. The Dacha Krill soft gels are an easy size to swallow and have a pleasing flavor. Unlike others, Dacha Krill does not repeat on me. That’s a big deal. I am now into my second month and a second bottle. I have finally found a Krill that I will stick with.

I like its natural blood thinning properties as I had a blood clot that traveled to my lungs a few months ago and its heart benefits. This product gives me peace of mind since I'm no longer on prescribed blood thinners. It also helps with my joints as I do a lot of weight lifting and running. After a few weeks I could definitely notice a difference.

I purchased this for my husband who was taking atorvastatin for high cholesterol. He’s also type 2 diabetic. He had recently been getting dark purple lesions on his legs and joint pain which I read could be an effect of atorvastatin. We stopped the atorvastatin and in its place put him on 3 tablets of Krill Oil. We still have to wait for blood work to know it’s effect on his cholesterol. However, his lesions are fading, his AM blood sugars are registering under 150 which is a lot better than before, even if he had a fruit or sweet before bed. We will continue to have him take Krill Oil and hope to see greater improvements.
