These are heaven sent!! I love love love this product. I am very happy with this purchase. They are comfortable and easy to get on(you may need help with first time).Once they are on...you literally feel the burn. I wore mines to work and when I got off I was sweating in the expected places. I hope these will increase my weight loss!! They are cute, makes me look slimmer and feel good. I especially felt the burn around my stomach area while wearing them. Can't wait to work out in them....I might have to order a couple more of these....Love these!!! I am 5'7 and weigh over 220lbs. I bought a 3x. They fit great!!

Definitely go up a size. I’m a L (209lbs) and this is an XL, fits great. Does not roll down. I got a shirt like the pants so I sweat up top too. I just wish it had side pockets for my phone.

I ordered these because I'm trying to maximize my weight loss. These pants are it. I wasn't too hot running in these even though I thought I would be. I have a small waist so the snaps didn't fit me as snug as I wanted although it didn't slide down either. I felt the drip down my legs. I couldn't see anything until I got home. I can see the sweat marks on my legs. Definitely worth the money. I ordered an Xlarge. For reference I am 5'3 amd 180lbs. I gave it 4 stars because a pocket is needed on exercise pants.

So I wore these for two days. The first day it was hard to put on but I did it. Definitely good to go with the larger size if ur between measurements for your first time getting it on or if u have thicker legs and butt. This has three hooks and I’m in the middle ( could do the tightness but for workouts that might not be as flexible.) I love this for working out cardio day. Walking in the woods keeps you warm in the winter and my workouts are way more effective. I did cardio and I could feel the sweat everywhere. I had to air out my legs and wear loose shorts to desweat let’s say. They got way more flexible too so don’t worry if your first time it’s a little tight. They do smell after you sweat so I Hang mine inside out wear it twice then will wash them. Haven’t yet but I’m loving them and know I’ll get the results I want.

The sweat leggings is a cheap quality they tore easily and they didn’t help me to sweat as directed

Use these when exercising, they are going for making you sweat more. Very easy to put on and take off. Good quality.
