I've now gone 4 years without having any bad skin patches removed due to HPV (no vaccine back in my day). I started with 4 capsules per day at 7 am on an empty stomach, and now I take 2 per day. Great stuff! I've recommended it to friends and loved ones going through chemo/radiation for several types of cancer so that their immune system is performing at it's best.
