So after some time of having this product for some time shortly after buying my PS5 last year believe this is a must have for those who want to run multiple USBs such as headsets, USB thumb drives for music and just having a cord plugged in for a charging your controller I will admit I understand they are more USB ports on the back of for system However those parts can get kind of warm after a good 2 hours of gaming and I do t feel comfortable keeping any cords in the back so having a USB port hub on the console at front is nice After some time I have had no connection issues so far and I am not aware if there are any issues with this product so I can safely say this is a must own for any PS5 users who want some extra USB ports so you don't have to leave any thing plugged in and risk any thing wearing out from the heat ita just a small cautions thing on my send giving how expensive a PS5 can be 10/10 ladies and gents and a must own

I bought the cheapest one I could find. Paid slightly more for a black one instead of a white one so that it would blend in with the black face on the PS5. It does blend in fairly well, but it sticks out a bit too far. More concerning is that it has a flat back but is attached to a curved surface on the PS5. This often causes one or both of the ports to become disconnected any time a dongle or cord is removed from the hub. I am concerned this will eventually cause instability to the point of product failure, but I'm willing to hang onto it for a bit longer given the price. Edit: Note: This device does not pass power through to charge controllers via the USB 3.0 ports while the PS5 is in rest mode, even when the system has “Always On” enabled. To charge controllers or to power other accessories when in rest mode, you need to connect the charging cable to the black, USB 2.0 port with the lightning bolt next to it. This means you can only power one device with the PS5 in rest mode, though I assume that it would be possible to power the DualSense or third party charging station if you want to charge more than one controller at a time. It also has a bright blue LED light that indicates the USB Hub is receiving power from the PS5. While it's nice that the light matches the blue startup lights of the PS5, it's not possible to turn it off. Depending on placement of the PS5, this causes the light to shine distractingly, or it causes it to create a color-saturated spot off to the side of your vision. It does not appear to be damaging to one's vision, but it's annoying having a little colored dot bounce around the peripheral of one's vision for a while after changing eye positions or leaving the room. Edit: Six months later, the bright blue light is hardly noticeable anymore and easily corrected by changing positions so as not to have a head-on exposure. Increasing review rating from 3 to 4 stars.

This was a way cheaper route to go then getting the ports fixed on the side of my PS5. Just plug it in to the front usb and you can plug in the rest from the front. An electronic shop was going to charge $180 to fix both ports on the side so, I went with this and it works perfectly.

It works for most things, however the usb c port does not support PSVR2.

Had it for a while now it still works and is amazing to have

I bought this because I was tired of switching out different USB accessories on my PS5. it was super simple and easy to attach. I’m enjoying the convenience of having multiple USB’s without having to disconnect and reconnect. Plus it looks very sleek and it doesn’t have an extended wire so that was a plus.

Great.fits nicely in the ps5.

Ich war selten so gut connectet. Seitdem ich diesen Hub habe, habe ich den Eindruck, das ich das Internet bin. Alles ist verbunden. Das ist total toll. Scheint alles zu funktionieren. Sony spart ganz schön mit USB Anschlüssen deshalb sind solche Produkte schon ziemlich cool.

This is by far the best USB multi-port for the PS5 or any system. Finally, an extension device that not only allows up to 4 separate devices to connect to the PS5, but also gives you a 5th charging port , with a class C for controller charging. I was in trouble becuase not only do I have 2 sets of Sony Gold headphones(v1 &v2), but I also have Guitar Hero Live with 2 guitars, a Sony VR, and a Logitech G29 Force feedback wheel with pedals and shifter. With the camera and 4T external harddrive taking up the ports on the back of the Playstation, I had no room. And I was worried becuase I know the other USB multi-ports for PS4, PS4PRO and other systems, are not designed to keep up with the speed and transfer rates needed to accurately connect, and stay connected to the system while multiple devices are connected. Well, DreamWorks has hit the mark on every aspect. Not only can I race with my wheel while using my Gold headphones, I can play Guitar Hero with 2 guitars and 2 sets of headphones plugged in, even the Sony VR, and its absolutely smooth with no connection loss. This is a must have for any PS5 owner, and anyone who has more then a couple devices. This really does work like a dream! Couldn't be happier, and would totally recommend it to anyone in the market for a USB multi-port for their PS5 system. Thank you DreamWorks! ; )
