Taste great, natural and dissolves quickly. Doesn't taste like sugar or artificial. Great electrolytes replenishment. I work 10hr days outside. I got myself and my diabetic mother the assorted bag. She loves it and it doesn't spike her pressures.

These are just OK in my opinion. I usually drink liquid IVs and I like those pretty much. These taste fine except there’s something missing. I can’t really explain it. It’s almost like it’s a melted popsicle or the flavor is watered down a little bit. Like the flavor is there, but it’s not all the way there. They taste better if they’re super cold and I really like the assortment and having choices, and the price is definitely right, but I don’t think I would purchase again.

If you're anything like me and have a hard time drining just water alone then these are great! They taste good and are lower in sodium than other brands making them a good choice for an every day replenishing powder. And for those people, like me, who are paying attention to sodium, these are the perfect choice. I use electrolyte powders according to need: on workout days or days outside in hot weather where you sweat out more sodium, a higher content sodium powder is appropriate. But on indoor days on non-workout days these are perfect! Did I say they taste amazing? They absolutely do! I add one stick to a large water bottle and that's it. No need to add any stevia as they are sweetened just enough, and not too much.

Good however if you drink too many of them in a day you will get diarrhea! They mix well and taste great. But again, consume slowly until you get used to them. I have literal chronic constipation and they’ve turned that into a different issue. Good and bad I guess. They definitely hydrate! The most I drank in a day was 3.
