**Q: Can I use this solution for non bissell cleaner?**
A: I use it in a Hoover cleaner and it works fine.

**Q: I have a proheat model 9300.  Would  i add water to this solution when putting it in the formula tank since it is a 2x strength?**
A: Yes, you'll want to add 8oz of formula to the formula tank and fill the rest of the way with water.

**Q: what solution is safe for oriental carpets????**
A: Check the tag on the carpet. If not sure try cleaner on an inconspicuous spot to see if it is color safe

**Q: How do i use the 2x formula in the older bissel proheat 79011?  do i need to dilute it before pouring it into the soap tank?**
A: You can with a little hot water
