What size in mens rings would I get if I am a nine in women's?

as other's have stated, all ring sizes are universal, however I recommend going a size down by .5. I measured my pointer's ring size at 12, and the ring I bought was too big for my THUMB, let alone any other finger. next time I'll buy an 11.5 or maybe even an 11 honestly.

Does the ring make noise when you spin it?

If you hold it close to your ear it makes a small sound, but that's good, you want the chain to spin!

What is the weight of the ring specifically?

7 grams , 0.015 pounds or 25 oz

How much does this ring weigh in grams..?

The weight will vary based on ring size. My size 9 weighs 6g.
