I have used the combination of Enzalase/Theralac/Tru Fiber for the past five years. It has helped curtail bloating (sometimes forget to take it), keeps me regular, and at age 77 no longer suffer from flatulence, which can be so-o embarrassing. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the refrigeration suggested. I often wonder if a product that has set on a shelf for who knows how long, then shipped without refrigeration is still active. When I called the manufacturer they said there was an expiration date on the label. The last bottle I bought (through Amazon.com) had a second totally unremovable label which covered the date. When I called Amazon.com they were very helpful and would give me full credit. I have just reordered. It will be interesting to see if this new shipment also has a label covering the date. I definitely need a digestive enzyme and this product works well for me. I always have bloating and gas with food and this product has helped me a lot. Depending on the situation I may take one before and after a meal.

My doctor recommended this product to help promote digestion and relieve constipation. It is an excellent natural product and I take it once a day with my biggest meal and it works! Some people take it with every meal, but I have found that adding CALM at night with this is all I need!

This product has restored my ability to eat cheese and breads again. Not sure it'll be good for the waistline but I can enjoy food again. A little warning: if you accidentally take too much, this product is strong enough to make you feel quite ill. Err on the side of too low dose over too high.

It's difficult to pay this much for just 50 capsules in a bottle. I keep it refrigerated and supplement it with pancreatin so a bottle will last about a month. It really helps with my digestive issues. The cost has motivated me to eat more healthily so I don't put a burden on my digestive system. By adding probiotics in the form of Kefir and yogurt and Good Belly I am experiencing less digestive issues.
