Appears to be very Quality materials
I, as a Custom Home Builder, have used Moen for years. Before I change I like to test out the competiton. So I purchased the ESNBIA Ceiling Shower System, Shower Faucet Set.I am impressed, not only with the mechanical device, Quality of the materials & the packaging BUT also the Customer Service!I emailed them with 1 issue regarding lack of very hot water. They quickly responded with how-to vidoes for adjusting and even followed up to see that I was satisfied!All of this goes a long way -and- if the quality and service continue I will be switching all of my custom homes to ESNBIA!!

Cartridge did not seal
Seems sturdy and well built other than the cartridge. Water will not shut off with the handle.Update: Seller was responsive and sent me a new cartridge at no charge.

Great quality and customer service
This is a great product, this is my second on we put one in another shower a couple of years ago, so I was glad to see I could still get this for our current bathroom remodel.My contractor messed up the valve install and customer service has been super helpful and quick to respond!

Shower is great, but one of three showers leak due to faulty cartridge
The shower is really nice. I bought two ceiling mount, one wall mount, all are very nicely designed. Rain shower is great, the 10 inch ones has plenty coverage and the hand held has good water flow pressure too. My only complaint is shower control valve cartridge. I bought these a while back and with today's contractor availability, I only finished the whole house remodel after a year. Now I am stuck with one of them keeps on leaking without even using it. The contractor tried to reinstall the leaking one twice, but it does not help. He finally says the control valve is faulty and said I need a replacement unit. I called the support line and left a message. I hope someone will get back soon. I would have given this product a 5 star if not for the leaking issue.Here is an update. I revised the review from 3 stars to 4 stars because of their excellent customer service. They sent us some installation trouble shooting instructions. They also shipped a spare shower valve cartridge. Though we have to correct the problem, their excellent customer satisfactory service makes it up some.
