    Too gimmicky

I've been doing Firm videos since 1991; now that I'm older I'm looking for Firm-style videos that I can actually do in my 50s. Since I LOVE "Jiggle-free Arms," I bought Jiggle Free Buns as a companion video. Unfortunately, if you don't have the Trans-Firmer, a lot of the exercises will need to be modified significantly. Additionally, it's very fast, and the music is slightly off from the cueing. Lastly, and this is an issue in both "Jiggle free" videos, the calling of step moves is wildly out of date, especially for 2005. For example, they call a basic step, "climbing," a corner-to-corner step, a "pivot" and a diagonal step, a "corner-to-corner." Needless to say if you've done step in your lifetime, this will be confusing. Even for me, a devotee of the Firm videos, this one just doesn't cut it.
