Does exactly what I wanted it to do

it works, even though not greatly.

Since the pandemic, I have been making sourdough crackers. I was cutting them with a pizza cutter which led to very uneven size crackers. A friend mentioned this; I checked it out: voila!! success. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is that I have to add a little pressure to the middle blades as I cut. Just holding the handles does not cut all the way through my crackers. But a little pressure in the center makes it work just fine. Love this!!

After using it twice the handles are bent and warped. The cutters don’t cut through dough that well and I need to go back through and re cut with a knife. I Would return if I noticed this before the 30 days.

I really never used this to cut dough because the handles were on the two sides. This makes it very difficult to an even cutting pressure on all the cutting wheels with one hand. I did return this item and went back to using my Kitchen Aid pasta machine which is just OK on spaghetti.

I bought this thinking it would help with all the bars I was making for a grad party. I could not cut through most bars so then ended up scoring the bars and cutting them with a knife. I had 7 pans of bars and on the 3rd pan one of the wheels fell off and I lost one of the screws to hold it on. I was not impressed at all. Scoring the bars it did work well but with frostings you still needed to clean the wheels often. The handle is also very flimsy and bent while using it as well. (Just FYI the bars I was cutting were thin cakes & lemon bars. They were not thick or difficult to cut.)

Un peu décevant même une fois les petits boulons bien serrés le tout bouge encore beaucoup et devient très instable.

The reason I am giving three stars it came missing a bolt. Other thank that it does what it says it will do.
