The captive screw thats supposed to do so is not long enough. The sound quality could be better. I tend to have to ask the other person to repeat themselves. The worst part is that it is already broken. The clear tubbing for the earpiece connects to a black piece. That black piece is already split. It is still workable as of now, but once that black piece fully breaks off, the tubing wont be able to connect and then I won't be able to use it. Overall, because of how easily and quickly that has split and the sound quality, I would purchase another item. ### ⭐ Bought this for a Kenwood nx-3300 as stated by ad *by T***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2021* I use a radio in a loud environment and have found this type of head set to be quite useful. When purchased the listed compatibility was for the radio model I use at work, however, the set would work fine for listening but absolutely did not work on the ptt. After looking at the back side of the plug that ties into the radio one pin is missing. I can only assume that one pin is for the ptt application. This is the second head set I have purchase from amazon that states the model number I currently use. It's unfortunate the product lines carried by amazon are not compatible or are listed incorrect for now I will have to acquire a head set from another source.
