This rack is perfect for carrying your surf board or Kite board.The customer service is outstanding. I got an email immediately after placing my order with instructions and customer service information in case I need extra help.Product arrived earlier than schedule, and I'm in Hawaii. The box included the instructions loo n paper and was a 5 minutes instalation process.It's made of high quality and makes my bike look newer with the awesome colors.Upon contacting this company via email, they respond fast and they go the extra mile.You can place your board inside the bars and I've even carry an extra one by placing the foot hooks on the outside.Highly recommended this product and this company

This rack works perfectly on my Tern GSD to hold my board, leaving enough room for the storage bags in the back and not impending pedaling motion nor steering in the front, so I'm really happy with it, especially for this price! The only drawback so far is the installation, it's pretty tedious to have to screw 8 bolts and having to use an hex key.

Edit: 4/10/2024: the customer service department actually reached out to me to ask more details about my disappointment and i have to say they went above and beyond. Roughly ten months after purchase, they refunded my money, in full, with zero push-back. Super impressive. I will definitely try other products made by or distributed by them due to the incredible customer service.Super disappointed. These were purchased last year and never had chance to install due to a house fire that prevented any fun time. Pulled out of box to install and they kept slipping around the seat post. Tightened a small amount more and the cheap cast part failed. Just another chinese cheap ass knock-off of the carvers.
