Pocket Amsterdam 4 (Lonely Planet Pocket Guide)

THis book is the perfect size! It’s small enough to make it easy to carry, but not so small that it becomes hard to read. The tear out map coincides with the book perfectly making it easy to find places from the book:

Great pocket guide! Good way to get your mind started about what to expect/look for when traveling through Amsterdam. I found this book to have many similar restaurant recommendations as popular blogs for Amsterdam which I found validating. I love the included map as well.

Small, light pocket reference. Lots of information. Not traveling until later this summer...so I can’t verify accuracy or whether info is current. But the book gives lots of ideas and tips for a memorable vacation. Seems like everything is covered (food, phrases, safety). Handy.

Very handy compact guide to take along with you to Amsterdam. Used it every day as we navigated the city. Lonely planet does a great job with all their travel guides, and I have become a real fan of these Pocket travel books.

First time with this series - I’m a fan for life! Won’t be looking at any other brand or series from now on.
