What a healthy option to flossing
This product has helped my teeth and gums. I had a mod gingivitis and dentist recommended flossing every day. I am clumsy and this really does a fine job. It takes a bit when charging after use. It is a bit clumsy to use but no worse than flossing with dental floss

This flosser is TOTALLY NOT worth it!
First of all, I am not a consumer who normally writes review. But I am taking the time to review this product! So I had purchased a simple no brand water flosser on Amazon for around $20, and I was pretty satistified with that because it hold enough water, came with 6 nozzles, and the battery lasted for a long time. However, that one break around a year for some reason couldn't turn on anymore. Still I felt like my money was worth it since I only paid $20. Then I received this Oral B Flosser as a birthday gift. I noticed the difference right away. This Oral B doesn't hold enough water, and I kept having to refill water with it. Secondely, it came with 2 nozzles and both of them doesn't feel as comfortable when I put inside my mouth the angle is just not right. Then what it bothers me most is the battery. I had to charge it quiet frequent when I compare it to the old one. Old one I charged like maybe every 3 weeks to a month. Oral B I charged like every week almost. I am not sure but it annoys me when I need to charge it so often. So I complained to my friend and wondering how much is the price. After I learned that it costs like $100 I was shock. Totally not worth the money!!! Anyway, then I just continue to use it since I have no other choice (and to make the money worth it). Then after like using it 3 weeks again, to a point I need to charge it every 2 times after using it. I just can't take it anymore for a product costing $100 and the quality is not even comparable to a no brand out there. So I decided to purchase another no brand on Amazon again for $16. THIS ONE GOING TO THE GARGABE!!! From the point I start using the Oral to the point I get annoyed of it, maybe it's like only 7 months? All I want to say is I am much happier now with a no brand. Do avoid this and save yourself money! Even if I could only use the cheaper one for 1 year, with $100 I can buy 5 other ones and use for 5 years! I learned my lesson!

Perfect example of "Planned Obsolescence"
For what it is designed for, this product is as good as any on the market, but it may cost a little bit more. The big problem with the product, though, is the batteries. They are NiMH rechargeable batteries, and, even though they can be recharged many times, they do not last forever. Eventually, they won't hold a significant charge any longer. So, you think you can just replace the batteries? Not so fast. Oral B put a two cell battery pack in this unit for which they do not sell a replacement. Even if they did, it is a bit complicated for the average person to disassemble the device in order to get at the batteries. Most people wouldn't bother, and I get the sense that is what Oral B is counting on. The batteries inside are the same, 1.2 volt batteries in other units they sell, but these are assembled together into a "pack" that is then soldered permanently into the unit. Difficult to get at, (not impossible), and more difficult to get out if you do not own a soldering iron, or have soldering skills. This product is just fine if you don't mind paying $90 or $100 for an item that may last two years under regular use. It is good for travel.

Good product
This is my experience after several months of using it, it is light, one load of water is just enough for a good cleaning, two loads will be perfect, easy to reload, It has 3 option of no sales, I prefer the pressure one. Which I thing is strong enough, battery is not an issue for me, I always keep it plugged in, in general I am not sure it is better than real dental floss, but you feel the mouth more clean but not sure if it is better to remove the natural food that gets lodged between the the gums and teeth, which dental floss does it very well. I am satisfied with the product so far. Is not a bad purchase

Not my "cup of tea".
It's a messy and awkward product.I kept it since my dental tech insisted I needed to start using it.I just can't reach out for it; I'd rather floss.
