NutraBody Liquid BiotinI often prefer to consume supplements that are in liquid form, they are easier to swallow and are often absorbed into the body far more efficiently. Biotin is something that I don't normal take, but this is one that my wife has recently added to her list of supplements. The reason for this uptake is because she recently went through an illness that has resulted in limited hair loss. Since consuming biotin the condition has gradually improved.Biotin is important to your body, it's beneficial for the maintenance of hair, skin and nails in those who are deficient in the vitamin.It is claimed that Biotin should help with the following:1. Thinning hair2. Red, scaly rash around eyes, nose and mouth3. Conjunctivitis4. Brittle nails5. Skin infectionsThere is 500ml of biotin supplied in this bottle, the daily dose is to take 15ml of the liquid. A single daily dose will provide the body with 10,000ug of biotin, there is also 80mg of ascorbic acid which provides Vitamin C but I suspect that it's also included for flavouring purposes too. There is a small measuring cup provided for accurate measurement of dose.My only complaint about this product was the ridiculously tight screw on cap, the only way I could remove it was by using a bottle opener, even then it was a struggle. But once open this is a pleasant supplement to consume as it has a sharp orange flavour to it, in fact it is quite more-ish.This is a great way to consume this vitamin, a single dose provides a massive 10,000ug of biotin which is huge when compared to many that are in capsule form - Recommended!CONTENTS:500ml x Liquid BiotinThank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

I would suggest to use this product for 3 months minimum before you see results. My hair was falling out and getting super thin in the front. On the recommendation of my hairstylist, I ordered Biotin supplements. I have tons of new hair growth. So pleased.If you're already confident about the benefits and know it's the right supplement for you then 200 ml = 20 day supply, if taken at the recommended dose - pretty good value considering the potential benefits.Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful .

Brilliant high strength biotin complex with very good levels of biotin in particular per serving and more effectively absorbed more quickly compared to capsules and also perfect if you don't like taking tablets. Nice big bottle but only 20 servings at 25ml each in the 500ml bottle, so would be a bit pricey for me long-term for a 20 day supply compared to my regular biotin complex in tablet form, but would recommend if in your budget and you don;t like taking capsules or tablets.

I've only been using this a couple of days so it's difficult to get an idea of if the product is working or not. I was surprised by the flavour of this product, usually, supplements have a horrible flavour or nasty aftertaste but this was a pleasant, artificial "orange sweets" flavour.Hopefully time will show stronger nails and healthier hair, I can't see any reasons why not as this product uses the same/similar ingredients to other products I've used with good results.

Really pleasant and palatable; reminds me of an orange fruit pastille in liquid form. I think it's fair for the price as liquid format supplements are always more expensive than tablets/capsules. A great source of a high strength biotin.
