Unless these are somehow the tiniest spark plugs in existence, you do not need a 3/8” socket. 5/8” will be the correct socket size and 3/8” will be the size of the ratchet attachment on the other end of the socket. 3/8” is about 10 mm which is smaller than the threads on this plug.
