Dolphin Nautilus CC Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner up to 33 FT - Premium Bundle with Caddy and Cover

Our pool guy got in a car accident 3 weeks ago and is unable to come service the pool for a few months until he finds a replacement for his service truck. When we tried to hire a new pool service in our area we were told that unless we had a screen enclosure or a automatic pool cleaner they wouldn’t accept us as a new account. That’s insane to me, if we had one of their 2 requirements we would do it ourselves! Of course we live in Florida, the only place this would make sense (not really). So that’s what we did, we are servicing our pool our dang selves! So after a lot of research we bit the proverbial bullet and purchased the Dolphin Nautilus CC cleaner. We have 5 palm trees 6 feet from our pool (what was the prior owner thinking!) and they are a complete nightmare! Between the Dang seed pods dropping and dead branches constantly falling off, the cleanup has been constant. It’s reeked havoc on our pool most of all! Since our pool hadn’t been serviced in awhile it was green from algae and when I say the bottom was covered in leaves, branches, and pollen, it’s definitely not an overstatement. You can basically use this cleaner right out of the box. The cycles run for 2 hrs, but due to the condition of our pool we ran 3 cycles back to back. There is not 1 leaf, twig, or green algae on the bottom of our pool now. IT. IS. AMAZING! It has exceeded even my expectations. We are beyond pleased and would highly recommend. The only downside is it doesn’t clean the steps well, I don’t think any do. So we’ll have to scrub those with a brush every week or 2 or as needed, but this is not a big deal at all. I don’t usually write reviews, but I know some of you are still like I was, it’s an expensive investment. If you don’t like it, send it back. Amazon has such a good return policy you really don’t have any downside to try this amazing cleaner. It’s actually kind of fun to watch it do all the work while we sit and watch it LOL. Good luck, I hope you love yours as much as we love ours! Update 8/21/23 I still recommend this cleaner but the caddy is junk. When the cleaner is placed on the caddy it overhangs and rubs on the wheels which interferes with pushing the cart. The cleaner is not stable on the caddy and falls off. I would highly recommend to use the money you would spend on the caddy and upgrade to the Nautilus CC Plus!

This pool vac is incredible! I use it for opening the pool and it vacuums up every last spec of dirt from the bottom of my pool. All the other vacuums that say, they climb the walls and then you’re disappointed when they don’t, this one climbs the walls. My other vacuums would go over the dirt that’s there every year when I pull the cover off and go back-and-forth over the dirt several times and it would still be there. You could see it was getting some of the dirt but this gets every last bit of it. I’m in love with it. You have to clean the filter and rinse it out quite often if you’re using it for the opening when you’ve got all that fine dirt at the bottom of the pool. It is worth every penny if you’ve been considering this and wondering if you should get it believe me you should. It’s exhausting trying to hand VAC with a pole and a vacuum head and the suction vacuums that do not work. I still use those but only after I have used this to clean out the pool it’s fantastic. I can’t say enough about it. Definitely get the caddy and the cover to protect this investment. The caddy lets you maneuver the vacuum wherever you need it and the cover keeps it clean. This is a piece of pool equipment that you will not regret buying.

I should have written this sooner. This thing is like the little engine that could! We went away for the week and came back to find our pool littered with grass at the bottom — the landscapers had come while we were gone. I honestly thought, there’s no way this little robot is going to handle all that! Well, it totally proved me wrong. It cleaned everything — even around those filter covers at the bottom of the pool where the grass had gotten stuck. I was shocked at how well it handled such a messy job. When I opened the debris compartment afterward, it was completely full of everything it had picked up, and the pool was spotless. I also bought the caddy, which makes storage super easy. After each use, I let the robot drain a bit, then set it on the plastic caddy — no water damage, no hassle. This little robot works hard, delivers amazing results, and is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the fact that it was pool ready, when unboxed. I took it directly outside read the small instructions manual, and it was up and running in about 15 to 20 minutes after unboxing. PROS, IT WORKS GREAT. LOVE THE TIMER, AND THE EASE TO GET IT IN THE POOL. Cleaning the filter is a breeze! Just take the filter out after ever run and empty and spray with hose to clean! Make sure to read cleaning instructions, make sure to clean the filter before it dries, if you clean it after, it may be harder to clean after everything is stuck to wall of filter. I also purchased the Caddy and water proof cover with it. I’m not going to lie, when I opened the box for the Caddy it was a bit intimidating, but after I laid all the pieces out, my 4 yr old granddaughter was looking at directions with me, while I was making sure all parts were there, my granddaughter was helping me put them in order. I’m sitting there looking at it thinking and telling Emma, although it was not a lot of parts, anything that needs to be assembled is not for me! My granddaughter says….Mimi we already know what the parts are, let’s watch YouTube. Who would ever think that a 4 yr old would be smart enough to think about that! We googled a you tube video and had it put together in 15 minutes!! GO EMMA!! ❤️ We found out just how easy it was to assemble the Caddy. So glad I ordered the caddy and weather poof cover! Highly suggest ordering this! The timer is not waterproof, so when it rained I had to scramble to hurry and disconnect it from the cleaner, and get it in the house, the caddy and cover will be shipped separately, it came the next morning. No more scrambling now! CONS; taking the cleaner out of the water was a bit heavy the first time, I took it out immediately, without holding it at side of pool for a minute to drain the water. Remember, DO NOT HOLD THE CORD TO DRAIN! It has a handle to pull is out with, once you get it to the water surface. Also it does climb the walls, but will occasionally slip back down. Personally, I don’t care if it cleans all the water lines, as that is why I have a pole and brush. All and all I think it is a great cleaner and highly recommend. I seldom ever write reviews!!! FYI, MY POOL IS IN GROUND 18x36, the specifications says it is good for 30 feet, it’s great for 18x36 no problem! I hope some of this long winded information was helpful. In my personal opinion, if you are on the fence, as I was, go for it!

I had been using the cordless model but they just weren’t working well for me. The dolphin electric model has been awesome, it cleans the entire pool . I really didn’t want to have a corded model but with the cart the houses everything, it has not been any trouble. I really like this pool cleaner.

I would rate this product as a 0/5 if that were possible. I bought this robot, along with the stand and cover, roughly one month ago. Due to travel and other obligations, I was unable to begin using it until last week. I ran it for two full cycles over the span of three days and it worked perfectly fine. When I dropped it in the pool for what would have been the third cycle, the robot sat idle on the pool floor and would not move. I called customer support to report the problem and they emailed me a series of trouble shooting steps, none of which worked. When I called back the second time, I was told that I would need to ship it back for inspection and repairs. I shipped it out the same day and the robot was returned to me within a few days. The service report enclosed with the robot said that there was was "no fault found" with the robot. I just dropped it in the pool again to see if it would work and it still does not work. I am now wasting another hour of my life waiting to speak with someone at Maytronics customer service. Complete waste of time and money for something that worked TWICE. UPDATE: Sent the robot back a second time to be repaired. When it was returned, the service report stated that the robot originally came with the wrong power supply and a new/different power supply unit was included in the box. Just dropped it in the pool using the new power supply and the robot still does not move. Calling customer AGAIN to request a brand new unit or a refund. Several hours of my life wasted on something that only worked twice. Very disappointed.

This pool cleaner does a very good job. It will climb walls and clean the pool floor. It attempts to do stairs but don;t count on it. I just brush the stairs to the floor area for the unit to vacuum any debris up. It runs for 2 hours and shuts down but power is still on at the controller box which is tethered to the pool vacuum. The basket is easy to clean and will pick up sand and small detritus.

This is the BEST above ground robotic vacuum! It does the floor very well I just wished it did the side walls better. Cleans our 27’ round pool very well.

La livraison a été difficile. Produit livré en 2 fois sans date de livraion précise ce qui m’a bloquée chez moi durant 1 semaine. Gls ne previent pas à l’avance et il faut etre la. Le robot fonctionne très lentement durant 2h et j’ai dû le relancer encore 2h. Son cheminement dans la piscine est totalement incompréhensible mais au bout de 4h ma piscine était nettoyée. Le fil electrisue est pour moi trop court pour mettre le moteur à l’ombre car sur le manuel il est indiqué de ne pas utiliser de rallonge. Je suis un peu déçue par rapport à mon ancien robot bcp plus energique avec possibilité de choisir 1h, 1/2h, escaliers. Ce robot ne nettoie ni les escaliers ni les bancs mais mon ancien robot n'existe plus hélas. J’avais lu les commentaires et j’ai fait confiance et je le regrette.
