Open your pool properly and maintenance is a snap.
The negative reviewers don’t know how to clean a pool. This product is not a miracle that turns your pool from green to blue. You have to shock it - not the one-time maintenance dose - you’re killing a ton of algae here on start up. You have to vacuum it. You have to clean the filter several times a day. Do all of this for several days to a week. When you’re pool is no longer green, it’s looking blue but darn it, it’s just cloudy and you can’t see the bottom like you’re looking at a glass of water - that’s when you apply this product. Then, it’s a miracle. The water is literally sparkling the next day. The directions say to mix it with water because it’s thick. If your pump is running efficiently, slowly pouring directly over the jet will disperse the product. If you’re pump is not working properly, all your efforts are a waste of time. Clean the filter five times a day and open your pool in no time. Once I’m good to go, I add stabilizer and I’m done. Just add chlorine as needed. After that, it’s a lot if I have to vacuum once a month. The pump sends everything to the slimmer before it even hits the bottom of the pool.

Oddly effective product. Used 64 oz (two bottles) on 250,000 gallon commercial pool. Works great after backwashing a high rate sand filter.

Super Blue is exceptional
Super Blue is exceptional!! I have 31 k gallons and i use 4 ounces about every 4 days. I will put the clarity of my pool against anyone in the nation. Yes, i keep all chemicals in balance, however, Super Blue is essential.
