I got this 2 months ago and after a handful of uses it doesn't come on at all or charge anything. The few times I've used it I never mishandled it, dropped it, got it wet, nothing. I used it while sitting on the back porch and on a few trips to the grocery store where it was stored in my purse the whole time. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Mainly because when it worked, it performed just fine. But the 5 or so uses I got out of it was not worth the price. Hope this helps someone!*****UPDATE:I realized my order was past the warranty date but I figured I'd get with the company after writing my initial review because of the issue stated above. It just didn't seem right for it to have shorted out the way it did after being used so infrequently! Turns out, after a bit of research on their end, they'd sent me one from a bad batch! So they ended up sending me a brand new one and I am happy to now report that after much more use and daily testing of this new one they sent, it works GREAT! This is what I was looking for! Five stars for a great product, this is what I wanted initially and glad to have a good one! And thanks for the awesome customer service!

Our scouts went on a back packing campout trip. Some got lost in the forest for hours. I had a rechargeable 90000 lumens tactical flashlight. I had ty use it doing the search and rescue operation and ran the batteries down. I plugged the flashlight into the power bank and after several hours it fully charged my light. The next morning I hung the power bank out in the cloudy daylight and it recharged itself.I was very pleased with it. It does what the advertisement says. As a scoutmaster and a pastor I have recommended all of my scouts and the church congregation to buy one for emergency backup.

The battery capacity is large so do not worry too much about using the battery fast. The battery has a built-in mode, even when not charging by solar energy, it can also be charged with electricity. Suitable for traveling, camping, home use.

Great little battery bank. Its 20000 mAmp so itll charge a phone about 4 times before going out. The dual LED lights on this are strong and can easily take care of a dark situation without a problem. I fully powered it and ran the led lights all day without fail, and there was still about 50% power left at the end.It charges through microUSB which is fine and is the same connector my phone uses which for me is great since I can use the same cable to charge it (when indoors) and then power my phone later.The solar function I tested as well and it works great. Clearly needs to be a bright sunny day, but no issues having it power up and begin recharging on solar.Overall a solid purchase as a gift or for the outdoors, like camping or fishing. For now, it'll happily sit in my desk to juice my phone when needed!!

We bought this for a trip to Yellowstone expecting it to solar charge. The first two words of this product's description is "Solar Charger". This is not a usable solar charge.This device has 20000mAh. Can any of you find how much solar charge this device can charge via the sun in one hour? I'll wait....I looked myself. Couldn't find it. Best I can tell from internet research after purchasing this "Solar Charger" is that in OPTIMAL CONDITIONS (bright, clear sky) this devise charges at a rate of 200 mAh.SO, if you need this advertised "Solar Charger" to...solar charge it would take 100 HOURS of optimal, cloud free, bright, clear, unobstructed sunlight to charge. This product is a gimmick. Do not buy it if you need a portable solar charger

Charged the device for 12 hours on a plug (twice the recommended length in instructions) and it still won't charge any devices. Brand new out of box, (which I unfortunately already got rid of, so I can't return it now. $22.00 wasted.Going camping and wanted to have this as a charger for phone/etc. We will have car nearby and can plug in other portable batteries if needed, but was really hoping I could leave this out on the tent roof all day and be able to use it to charge phones at night.The flashlight works and the LED lights light up - it just doesn't transfer any power through USB ports.It's garbage.Don't buy this.

The media could not be loaded.  Product packaging was very well put together. Charger works great. Easy to use. The extra LED lights are an added benefit.Perfect for taking on a camping or hiking road trip!!

Pros: You don't need much sunlight. The solar charging is very sensitive and will instantly start charging (even in shadows.) Doesn't charge fast, but it's good enough. Feels rugged. Built-in flashlight is strong enough and compass is useful.Cons: Input cover is a little flimsy, but works. Flashlight button placement blends in and was confusing to find. Haven't tested durability, but the solar panel will definitely take some scuffs if dropped
