**Q: Why is extra strength prevagen better than the regular?**
A: I didn't see any difference in my memory with Prevagen , only less money in my bank account . I tried it for 3 months . I wouldn't recommend it .

**Q: Should I buy the 10mg or 20 mg pills?**
A: My husband and I have taken the regular strength for about 7 years and find it sufficient.  We are in our early 70’s.

**Q: Is there a difference in effectiveness between the pill and the chewable?**
A: I have used only the chewable and they work great! I would not suppose that there is any difference?

It might be a placebo, but I do feel a BIT sharper after taking this for months. What irritates me the most is the wasteful packaging--these come in three bottles of 30, but once the cotton and desiccant is removed, all the pills can be easily put into one bottle. Prevagen really needs to do something about this or I will look for an alternative.
