WMF Grand Class 2 Pc. Set, Chef's Knife 8" and Carving Knife 6.25"

I had my daughter-in-law order a good set of knives for me...she cooks for a living and expressed to me how important a sharp set of knives are! I concur! This set is glorious to work with...I didn’t give a 5 because I had to sharpen them already (after a few weeks) but now they seem to be holding their edge just fine!

It works. It does its job. what else do I expect from knives.

Scary real knife. Cut it all.

These are great high quality knives. WMF is well known in Germany but not so much here...For much less that the top of the line Henckels, Wusthof etc you can get these which are just as good.They are both very sharp and I love the balance on the chefs knife.
