You want to look for a dynamic rope. A fall on any static rope (if it doesn't break) will dislocate something. This product, from my experience as a climber, is not a safe product for human loads. **Q: What is the pull force of the carabiner?** A: Our carabiner are ASTM certified, parameter:HORIZONTAL STRENGTH：24KN (5400 LB). STRENGTH WHEN OPENED：7KN (1573 LB). VERTICAL STRENGTH：7KN (1573 LB) **Q: Are NTR ropes certified?** A: Our ropes are all certified by UIAA/CE, Certificate No: WUX202109144817SC **Q: What is the diameter of the rope? How much is the tension on the rope?** A: 8mm diameter or .314in(5/16). Breaking strength is stated to be 3300lbs 14.6KN. In the description it states 25KN (5600lbs) but the graphic indicated 3300Lbs breaking strength. This is a good static line for tree stand safety. Or secondary backup static line. I wouldn't use it for SRT as it does not have an outer braid tough enough for the ascender teeth. Also if you use this line for rigging use a saver ring or pully to prevent fraying and abrasion. Great to have 90+ feet of this type of rope available if you are rigging limbs down. Excellent gift idea or addition to a survival kit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very nice rope *by H***S on October 27, 2024* For years I've carried a 1/2" x 50ft rope in my backpack while hiking and hunting, it weighs about 1.12lbs without any carabiners. I wanted something with less bulk, but as much pulling and lifting capacity. I've never thought of climbing rope before... I opened this bag and found a nice quality rope inside with some serious hardware included. It's neatly wound up, which to me shows it can be made so much smaller of a package to carry. And it can hold 4000lbs more than my 1/2" rope can! I like the texture and how much easier it will be to keep clean and the tidy appearance. The quality of the hardware alone was impressive, 5000lb capacity... Let's hope I never have to test that. The threaded lock on the clasp was very smooth and has no difficulty threading and unthreading. A good secure click when you snap the clasp onto the looped end of the rope, you cannot open the clasp once it's threaded closed. Right at 3/8" thick or 8mm, I hadn't measured the length yet. As long as it's longer then 25ft I'll be happy (purchased the 32ft version). The rope itself without hardware is 1.03lbs, with hardware 1.15lbs. One single clasp is 5.9oz for you weight conscience people out there. I'm not sure if the looped ends of the rope are bound and laced (or glued) in anyways before they heat wrapped, so I'm not sure how secure it will be to hold 5k pounds. I purchased this solely to pull an animal back to camp, or God forbid I ever have to use it to hook a winch to it to pull the pickup out of a ditch. So far, I'm impressed.
