Q: Are the sleeves long? Do they sit above or on the wrists?

They were shorter than I like. They taper too so they are quite tight. I had to buy XL and XXL to get the sleeves to work for me. Luckily I needed the body loos to work in.

Q: The small sleeves are too short for me by about an inch or two, are the mediums longer?

They fit my son well.. he’s 5ft 11inches.. I brought them for him to work in.. and the sleeves come down past his watch.. I hope this helps
