Even after letting it charge for a while the power will not come on. Best quiet touch keyboard I have used including the L-word mfr. The mouse fits the hand very comfortably and never disconnects. I prefer the larger profile KB which this is. I also have a battery-replaceable KB-mouse from SEENDA which operates just as well but is raised not flat profile. I wanted the original backlit model but it is discontinued. Their customer service (email) is excellent. The preset fucnctions appear to work well for Win-11.
