Were the test strips recently changed? I used these frequently and this last box I got the control line hardly has any pigment if any at all.

No, we have not changed our product. However, we do recommend reviewing our recommended saturation instructions as this can be a common reason for the issue you are facing.

-Dip the strip up to but not past the "max" line
-Dip the strip only until the dye just begins to rise in to the result window(typically 5-10 seconds)
-Lay the test flat and read the results once all the excess dye has been absorbed(typically 3-7 minutes)

How can i request a replacement? all of the strips in the most recent box i purchased have invalid test results. i think i have a defective box.

For the ovulation kit, how early can a positive show up?

Thank you for asking Crystal T.   Usually women will find their LH surge somewhere in the middle of their menstrual cycles for the month.  These OPK tests will help better determine when that can happen for you. I would follow the manual to first locate your menstrual cycle days. For example, 28 day cycle, a person would test on cycle day 12 ( using cycle day as the first day of the last period).

Testing at 2pm or after and reducing liquids a couple hours before testing can help with best samples to find surges.  To learn more about testing, please reach out directly.
