Rather disappointing
I imagine in order to cram in as many crosswords as possible they are formatted one to a page, both grid and clues together on the page, which makes the print very small. The paper is thin so that when filling the grid on a right hand page a impression is made on the next right hand page and that can be rather distracting. Personally I'd rather have had fewer puzzles formatted with the grid and clues on facing pages, as in the other crossword collections I have, and slightly better quality paper.

How is it possible to wreck a crossword book?
I have bought many crossword books over the years. I bought this one for my wife who is ill in hospital. It was a total waste of money. Someone has decided to make this book a design masterpiece - by shrinking the size of the grid and putting the clues in something about 6 point font. DO NOT BUY unless you can deal with very fiddly writing and have excellent short sight. OTHERWISE DO NOT BUY.

A good buy
Very good quality book plus good x words not too difficult.Umlike other books of this type. The print is large making easier reading.
