Best nasal decongestant I have ever found. As soon as I feel that sign is headache coming on these seem to help pretty quickly without side effects

Safe medication if you have heart issues
This really helped me with my sinus issues with congestion. It takes up to a half hour sometimes a little more to work depending on if you’re stressed that day. And it’s also safe if you have a heart stank or any heart issues it doesn’t do anything bad to the heart

It does work
They say they're going to ban phenylephrine HCL because it doesn't work. Whether it does or not, it works for me.(Placebo effect?) Also, they store well. I buy up and keep a few bottles for the future just in case.

It's pretty mid, honestly
Others have mentioned it only works for about 3 hours, and I have also found that to be the case. Not only that, but I feel even worse after it wears off. But that sweet spot where it is actually working is reasonably ok.
