I added 12g of coffee beans, then was adding only 2-3 beans at a time (which should be 1-2g) to get to 15g, and it wasn't changing the display. I had at some point gone to 20g and it was still showing 12g. **Q: Does is measure in decimals too or just whole numbers?** A: The only measurement that doesn't measure in decimals is the grams. The oz, kg, ml do. **Q: Anyone know how to remove the plastic on top of the scale? The plastic is so thin, it's hard to remove.** A: Try either alcohol or an oil based remover. Orange spray. **Q: Do I need to calibrate the scale before use? I understand pressing the 'Tare' function to account for the container or dish but weight seems to be off** A: No calibration is needed. Check units (right side). I’ve only noticed inconsistent weights if I go too fast- also the buttons are quite sensitive if I happen to brush or press one while shifting the container I’m using.
