Value of the phone is great.
It's a great phone and it came like a new phone from the box since these are renewed phones don't expect it to be in the original box. Bought this phone as gift because it great phone to be used in the market these days i don't think you can get better phone than this for the value of the money it worth. I am pretty happy with the phone bought two of them and gifted one for my family. No point of buying a new phone if you are legit gonna upgrade it within a few years but i am not sure how could phone get better than this who knows.

Great value, perfect condition and thankfully no issues with the reconditioned phone.
Was always a bit concerned with buying a reconditioned phone, but when it arrived it looked as good as new. Which was great because this was a present for my girlfriend. I'm normally an iphone advocate but if I ever decided to switch from Apple, then I would probably go for a Samsung.

Works well
Working well—I'm still using the phone. However, I’ve had an issue with the SIM card slot disconnecting. The phone stopped recognising the SIM card and showed no connection. I’ve had to fix this twice so far. The phone's condition was good. I have had no issues with charging, and the battery life is decent.

Excellent customer service
The phone stopped working after 2 months(I think it's a S21 issue) but the gadget shop quickly sent back a replacement (even in the chaos on Christmas and new year) excellent customer service thank you.

Faulty phone - kept switching itself off
First of all I would like to say the phone arrived in excellent condition, my Mum was very happy with her gift. This was purchased in December 2022, by February 2023 the phone had started switching off on its own. This was only occasionally so my Mother thought nothing of it and thought perhaps the battery had got low. Fast forward to May 2023, my Mum said the phone was switching itself off frequently now, regardless of how charged the battery was. I contacted the seller who was very helpful and gave me some instructions to reset the phone and see if that sorted out the issue. It did not unfortunately. So they agreed for us to return the phone for it to be repaired as it was under warranty. Because my Mum didn't want to be without a phone (quite rightly so, she lives alone and has just had major surgery) we decided it would much quicker to return the phone and purchase a brand one. The seller agreed we could return the phone, which they received it the following day. I messaged to ask if they had received it because Royal Mail were showing that it had been signed for and they confirmed receipt! (day of receipt was 6th June 2023) At that point I thought great! They'll do whatever test it is they need to do to see that the phone is indeed faulty and then a refund would be issued! Well this did not happen, I have been contacting them almost daily because my Mum is still without a phone. On the 9th June they said to expect the full process to be complete between 48-72 hours. Yet I am still waiting! The other great news they shared was that the phone works perfectly! Which I find rather convenient as that allows them to issue a partial refund. Why after having the phone not even 6 months would my Mum want to return a phone she loved?! When you pay £349 for a phone you don't expect it to stop functioning correctly after such a short time. So to say I'm disappointed that the gift I got my Mum has created so much hassle is an understatement. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

In love with my new phone
I'm absolutely loving this phone. It has your typical Android setup and layout so nothing revolutionary here, but it feels different in the hand than some other Samsung phones. It's less plasticky. The design is great, I wasn't sure about the lilac color initially because all my devices have always been white, but the phone looks absolutely gorgeous. It's also just big enough and light so it doesn't feel like a brick. (My previous Samsung was the opposite and I kept dropping it.) As for functionality, the two things that stand out are the camera and the internet speed. The quality of pictures is amazing - they are very clear, and the colors are very natural. Videos are also surprisingly sharp even when the camera's moving. The internet hardware gives me the best speed I can get, I have fibre and my router usually goes up to around 130 Mbps, and I got 135 on the phone. On my previous Samsung I would only get about 30 Mbps, and I've just returned another Samsung to Amazon that managed a whopping 5bps. Battery life is also very good. The phone I bought is a refurbished one with battery health at 80% but it still lasts a good 24 hours or more. I don't make a lot of calls but I watch a lot of YouTube and spend quite a bit of time on social media every day. At first, when the phone is installing updates and downloading programs, it seems to eat up a lot of power, but after the setup it goes back to normal. A new phone will definitely last even longer. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the fact that there is no headphone jack and I use headphones with my phone a lot. But I bought a little adapter for the jack for a few quid and that solved the problem.

Handy sized smart phone
Had the Samsung S21 for some time now and think it's a handy size phone with plenty of storage plus it's easy to operate for a 82 year old. It does everything I need with a decent battery life plus it's quite quick

at the beginning it was looking very good and clean but after using you see the network disappears suddenly and comes back, even during the calls.
