Q: when you receive bag do you get the small pac sent to you after registration of warranty for bag?

Veto Pro Pac offered a Spring Promotion from March 15, 2015 through August 31, 2015. That promotion required the customer to send a copy of the their sales receipt a with a promotion form that was provided at the time of purchase. That promotion ended on August 31, 2015 and is no longer available.

Q: is the handle blue or grey?

actually the handle is a bluish grey. it's in between. sorry! really a good tough bag. 2nd i've owned and i'm rough with it. only problem with the first bag is the zippers messed up. besides that you cannot wear one out. plenty of specific storage pockets.

Q: Does the handle fold over a bit? 14 inches is a little tall for my truck box.

The handle will fold all the way over but won't stay in that position. It will always go back upright. The shoulder strap velcros to the handle which is nice
