These packets are the perfect amount to toss into a salad. I have one of these at least three days a week and it's always fresh and delicious. I appreciate the less sodium version, but do wish it had even less than it does not. It's possible for people to add salt if there is not enough but for those that want even less, the only option is to rinse it and that can be a bit of a pain. Still, this is a staple in my pantry and will continue to be.

I appreciate the convenience of these, as well as the tastiness of the product. I found the original version too salty, but these are just right and healthier. They have so many uses, both cold and hot, that they’ve become a staple for me.

I ordered a case of this from Amazon because all the other types and brands are too salty. This is low sodium, and the pouches last as long as a can but don't have to be drained. You don't get a LOT of chicken for $1.50 a pouch, but it surely is CONVENIENT - doesn't need refrigeration like meat you might take off a rotisserie chicken to store. I spilt and toast a croissant and just before the croissant is done, mix the chicken into a heaping teaspoon of cajun mayo and it makes a delicious sandwich. There's just about enough chcken for one such sandwich, though ti might stretch to two if you added more to the mix than i do. I've ordered it twice and if I can find a single pouch of the teriyaki flavor, I'm going to try that before ordering a whole case if I like it. I live in the path of all too many hurricanes, so these packets are very handy for non-erisahble storage and you don't even need a can opener.

We buy these for our dogs & they love them. It is nice they don’t have to be drained & the low sodium is a great option.

This is great for a quick snack. If you are counting calories, one package is great. I always have to use two.

Trying to watch the amount of sodium in my diet, so I am always on the lookout for lower sodium versions of my favorite foods. I keep these chicken pouches in stock at all times. I use them to make myself a chicken salad sandwich for lunch a few times per week. Since I am usually just preparing food for myself, I like the convenience, and single-serving size. I cannot tell any difference in the taste between these lower sodium ones and the regular version.
