I'm a vegan. This product is best I among all, why ? because - 1. it provide vegan K2 for vitamin K ( K1 found in plants doesn't work for bones) -- very rare to find K2 2. Everything (B12, D3, A etc) is all vegan and well balanced. 3. Capsule wrapper is also vegan I have found the results reflecting in my overall feeling. My weakness is so much reduced.

You have much money then you go with this product product is good. No side effects. Price is slightly high. Because the doesn't have binders etc. no preservatives etc. When you are health conscious very very important person vvip then go with this product. Otherwise go with carbamide forte or Himalayan organics etc.

I have been using multivitamins for a long time now & also researched a lot about them since they are such an important part of our diet.
